The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia received Senior Professional Staff Member of the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee

On 22 April, Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan received Hannah Thoburn, the Senior Professional Staff Member of the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

Speaking about the multifaceted bilateral agenda with the United States, the Deputy Foreign Minister commended the active political dialogue and the cooperation between the two countries.

Deputy Foreign Minister Hovhannisyan highlighted the importance of the joint Armenia-EU-U.S. high level meeting in support of Armenia's resilience, held on April 5, 2024 in Brussels.

The current developments, as well as the efforts of the Government of Armenia aimed at establishing stable and lasting peace in the South Caucasus region were also touched upon.
