Mayor Andre Dickens will join ATLDOT Commissioner Josh Rowan to speak to major sidewalk installations and improvements in Atlanta. Mayor Dickens will address members of the media and tour a stretch of Mt. Zion Road--which has been referred to as Georgia's most dangerous road for traffic and pedestrian accidents.
