The various role players addressed learners during the assembly on the following topics:

The team spoke about Purpose Driven Life, Time management, carrying of dangerous weapons, dangers of drugs and Peer pressure.

The school was identified after experiencing some challenges. The police reaffirmed their commitment by regular monthly visits coupled with random searches.

In the Polokwane Cluster, Westenburg police, on the outskirts of the city, embarked on the same campaign where members visited Ivy Park Primary School around 07:30.

The Station Commander, Lieutenant Colonel Pilusa was accompanied by Captain Monama, the Social Crime Prevention Commander, Communication officer Sergeant Nkuna and the local Social Worker Mr Raphela.

The purpose of the visit was to address the learners on various topics including: Refrain from Gangsterism, Theft and Bullying. They were encouraged to report any suspicious conduct to their Educators, parents, Principal and Police. In conclusion they were warned not to vandalize the School Property as it is their future and that Police wished to see future Station Commanders, Principals and Doctors within the learners.
