Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 10:13 AM, Troopers arrested Michael Gebar, age 56, of 30 Howard Avenue Apartment #3C, Cranston, RI on a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Assault with Intent to Commit Specified Felonies originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to Providence Superior Court.

At 12:43 PM, Troopers arrested Christopher Schreffler, age 54, of 18 Brandywine Drive, Westerly, RI on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for two (2) counts of Shoplifting and two (2) counts of Shoplifting (Habitual Offender) originating from the Johnston Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Smith Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Johnston Police Department.

At 12:35 AM, Troopers arrested Jason Carpenter, age 49, of 50 Summer Street, New Bedford, MA, on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay the original charge of Possession of Marijuana originating out of the Rhode Island State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 195 in the City of East Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later specially arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

At 12:58 AM, Troopers arrested Megan Cadman, age 46, of 16 Hurley Circle, Wakefield RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - BAC (Phase I - .201 Phase II .196). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, specially arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

At 2 :06 AM, Troopers arrested Juan Ascencio, age 26, OF 158 Oriole Avenue, Pawtucket, RI, on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Domestic Violence - Vandalism originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Mineral Spring Avenue in the City of North Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Intake Center.
