DLTx: First quarter 2022 presentation and webcast

DLT ASA (DLTx, OSE: DLTX) will present their financial results for the first
quarter of 2022 on a webcast Tuesday, May 24th, at 10:00 CET. The presentation,
by CEO Thomas Christensen, will be held in Norwegian as will the subsequent Q&A.

The presentation material for the first quarter 2022 financial results will be
published at 07:00 CET Tuesday May 24th 2022.

DLTx will host Capital Markets Day the same day at 13:00.
