City to Offer ‘Vacation Station’ Camp during CCISD October Intercession

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX - The Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department is now accepting sign up for its Vacation Station camp that will operate during Corpus Christi Independent School District's upcoming October intercession.

The Vacation Station will be offered October 12-15, 2021, from 7:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Galvan Elementary School, located at 3126 Masterson Drive. The fee is $30 per child each day.

Act now and sign up on the "interest list" for Vacation Station Camp. Children may attend one day, two days, or the entire four days of camp. Registration closes on Monday, September 27 at 5:00 P.M.

This camp is only for boys and girls ages 5 to 13. Campers will enjoy days filled with fun and constructive activities that will include arts and crafts, sports, gaming tournaments and more! The camp serves the needs and concerns of busy, working parents. Vacation Station camps are offered during school breaks with participating school districts in safe and supervised environments.

Breakfast and an afternoon snack will be provided daily as part of the program. Please send a sack lunch with your child (no glass containers or microwaveable items, and peanut products are NOT allowed).
