"The Ministry of Finance is keen to promote tolerance, fraternity, and helping all subsets of the community, and to consolidate the culture of charitable work. MoF organised the 'Ramadan mir for underprivileged families' initiative in cooperation with Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation to distribute the Ramadan mir for underprivileged families at the beginning of the Holy Month. MoF also executed a joint community initiative in cooperation with the Community Development Authority in Dubai and the General Authority of Islamic Affairs & Endowments titled 'Zayed's Will for Senior Citizens', which is tailored for senior citizens as part of the UAE President's guests programme and in the presence of three guest scholars. As part of the initiative, a meeting was held with senior citizens in Al Rashidiya Majlis in Dubai, where a series of religious and entertainment activities were organised.

The ministry also organised the 'Goodwill Marathon' initiative in cooperation with the Environment Friends Society, which aimed to collect used clothes for the underprivileged to consolidate social responsibility and support volunteer work during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

MoF also launched the 'Ahlan Ramadan Application' initiative on Microsoft Teams, which provides employees with many services, including showing prayer times, participating in Ramadan competitions, and testing their Islamic knowledge, in addition to the Holy Quran competition.

Additionally, MoF launched the 'Ramadan Booklet', which is an electronic file that includes supplications and dhikr, and a list of humanitarian initiatives in the country in which employees can participate. MoF also inaugurated the 'Idiyatkon Alena' (Your feast is on us) initiative to collect donations from employees and allocate them to auxiliary workers in the ministry as a feast to be distributed before Eid Al-Fitr.
