In accordance with A.R.S. ยง 9-499.15, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a Regular Meeting of the Scottsdale City Council to be held in the City Hall Kiva Forum, 3939 North Drinkwater Boulevard, on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 5:00 PM, the City of Scottsdale will propose a new ordinance and new fees to regulate the operations of Mobile Food Vendors.
Residents, business owners, food truck operators, and other interested parties are invited to provide input on the city's proposed mobile food vendor ordinance. A conceptual location map and graphic illustration are provided as references to the draft ordinance. Please submit input and questions to Terry Hoglund at [email protected].
Regulations are being proposed to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public by enacting reasonable regulation for mobile food vendors, their employees, agents, lessees or independent contractors by requiring compliance with standards for safety and security.
