At 11 :47 PM, Troopers arrested Pedro Rodrigues, age 39, of 105 Irving Street, Providence RI for 1.) Obstructing a Police Officer, 2.) Operating with a Suspended License-3rd Offense, 3.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Shoplifting originating out of the Johnston Police Department, 4.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Passing of Counterfeit Certificates originating out of the Lincoln Police Department, 5.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Domestic Violence- Criminal Violation of No Contact Order originating out of the Providence Police Department, and 6.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Domestic Violence- Simple Assault originating out of the Providence Police Department. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment where he will be presented as a bail violator.
