Canada – 11th edition of the Italian Contemporary Film Festival
The Embassy of Italy in Ottawa, the Diplomatic-Consular Network and ICE-Agenzia have co-produced the 11th edition of the Italian Contemporary Film Festival (ICFF), which opened on 24 June 2022 and will run until 16 July.
This year, the event returns to indoor and outdoor screenings, while also retaining its successful online programme. It is available throughout Canada, through the ICFF at Home digital platform. The 2022 edition of the Festival will present both in-person and virtual events and screenings in a number of Canadian cities, including Toronto and Montreal.
Set in the iconic Distillery Historic District in Toronto, the Festival has an outstanding programme of 40 full-length films, 23 shorts and 10 North American previews, all intended to promote Italian excellence in all its forms. This year's edition will also see the participation, as special guests, of Alessandro Gassmann, Claudia Gerini, Lino Banfi and Fabio De Luigi.
