Heads up, Waco!

Starting Monday, May 20th, construction will begin on the Bagby Avenue bridge over Cottonwood Creek. Three lanes of traffic over the bridge will be closed, impacting those traveling between New Road and Hwy 6.

The planned detour for northbound traffic will go down Beverly Drive to keep Bagby Avenue open for southbound traffic.

Electronic message boards are currently on Bagby Avenue notifying drivers of the closure.
