Fried Frank Advises Cove UK on the Continued Expansion of its UK Portfolio

Fried Frank has acted as counsel to Cove UK on the acquisition of five new UK parks, including the Argyll Holidays portfolio and Springwood Holiday Park in Scotland; The Elms Retirement Park, Lincoln; Willowbrook Park, Lancing, West Sussex; and Killarney Park, Nottinghamshire.

These transactions continue the rapid UK expansion of their portfolio. This is the ninth acquisition in the UK on which Fried Frank has represented Cove UK, with a healthy pipeline of future acquisitions to come.

Each acquisition was financed with debt from Wells Fargo, with Fried Frank also acting as advisor to the Cove UK borrower.
