NCPD swears in three new officers and future officers

What a glorious day at NCPD! This morning Deputy Chief Hagge swore in three new officers and a future officer. Please join us in welcoming Ptl. Barlow, Ptl. Smalls and Ptl. Thomasson to our agency. Seven-year old Benjamin Nagel will join us in 2036. We are so glad to have all of you on our team!
