Sailing Camp for NCC Cadets held at INWTC Goa

A special sailing camp was conducted by Indian Navy Watermanship Training Centre (INWTC), Goa from 18 to 27 April 2022 for NCC cadets from the three directorates of Rajasthan, Gujarat and Karnataka and Goa. 20 cadets participated in the camp, wherein they were familiarised on rigging, points of sail, meteorology, rules, and racing techniques. They also undertook sailing and windsurfing in the Laser Bahia, Hobie-16, Cadet and Bic Nova classes of sail boats and surf boards. They were also taught the basics of kayaking in single and double seater kayaks.
