Ethiopian Airlines, which currently operates three direct flights a week from Geneva to Addis Ababa, is further improving its connections via its hub to the rest of Africa. Flights from Geneva take place on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, departing in the evening and arriving early the next morning in the Ethiopian capital. For the return journey, the days of operation are the same (Wednesdays, Fridays, Sundays), with night flights departing at 00:15 for an arrival in Switzerland at 06:15 the same day. The route is operated by the latest generation Boeing B787.
