Charlotte, NC - July 15, 2019 - Liberty Property Trust has completed five agreements, leasing a total of 256,783 square feet of industrial space, in the Piedmont Triad.
'We continue to reap the benefits of long-term customer relationships in the Carolinas,' said Bryan Blythe, vice president and market leader for Liberty. 'Liberty is at more than 95-percent occupancy in the Triad and we anticipate active leasing activity will continue given the quality and location of our buildings, primarily in the airport submarket.'

Earlier in the year, the company leased two other spaces - one at Eagle Hill Business Park and another at Lowell's Run Business Park - totaling 159,000 square feet.
Blythe represented Liberty in all transactions except as noted.
