２．Public Inspection Period From Aug. 7, 2021 (Sat.) to Jan. 25, 2026 (Sun.)

３．Reason for Submission RIKEN VITAMIN CO.,LTD. (hereinafter 'the Company') disclosed an investigation report of the special investigation committee on Sep. 23, 2020 concerning inappropriate accounting practices by the Company in past fiscal years and corrections to past earnings reports, etc. on Sep. 30, 2020.
This was a case of inappropriate disclosure arising from deficiencies in the Company's organizational structure for conducting appropriate timely disclosure, and improvements to such organizational structure were deemed highly necessary. As such, TSE required the Company to submit a report containing the background of the issue and improvement measures.
As required after six months from the submission of the Improvement Report, the Company has submitted a report on the status of implementation and operation of the improvement measures ('Improvement Status Report').
  • After submission of the Improvement Status Report, etc. by the Company, it will be made available on the JPX website and through the TDnet database service.
