New York State Department of Transportation Announces Public Review Period for Draft Annual Report on Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems pursuant to GP-0-15-003.

This notice announces the availability of a Draft Annual Report by the New York State Department of Transportation (NYS DOT), pursuant to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation SPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s), GP-0-15-003. The Draft Annual Report documents the NYS DOT's Stormwater Management Program for the Reporting Period of March 10, 2023 to March 9, 2024.

The NYS DOT is making this draft document available for public comment for a period ending May 17, 2024. Interested parties may provide their comments to the NYSDOT via mail or e-mail to be considered in finalizing the document.
