Investigation about Arabam Com İnternet ve Bilgi Hizmetleri A.Ş., Vava Cars Turkey Otomotiv A.Ş., Araba Sepeti Otomotiv Bilişim Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.[...]

The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry into the claim that Arabam Com İnternet ve Bilgi Hizmetleri A.Ş., Vava Cars Turkey Otomotiv A.Ş., Araba Sepeti Otomotiv Bilişim Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Letgo Mobil İnternet Servisleri ve Ticaret A.Ş., which operate in purchasing and selling of second hand passenger cars through online platforms, violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of various practices.

Having discussed the information and documents obtained and the observations made in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 21.07.2022, the Competition Board considered that the findings were significant and sufficient and took the decision no 22-33/528-M to initiate an investigation about Arabam Com İnternet ve Bilgi Hizmetleri A.Ş., Vava Cars Turkey Otomotiv A.Ş., Araba Sepeti Otomotiv Bilişim Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Letgo Mobil İnternet Servisleri ve Ticaret A.Ş.
