JOINT CITY COUNCIL/URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY WORK SESSION

The North Bend City Council and North Bend Urban Renewal Agency will hold a remote Work Session on Monday, January 24, 2021, at 4:30 p.m. The agenda will include the following:
- Announcement: City of North Bend Virtual Town Hall Meeting | Homeless and Camping Ordinance
- Presentation: Southgate Consulting, LLC
- Review City Council Agenda for January 25, 2022
- Review North Bend Urban Renewal Agenda for January 25, 2022
- North Bend Urban Renewal Agency: Executive Session pursuant to ORS § 192.660 (2)(e) to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions.
- North Bend City Council: Executive Session pursuant to ORS § 192.660 (2)(h) to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.

NORTH BEND CITY COUNCIL

The North Bend City Council will meet remotely in Council Chambers, North Bend City Hall, 835 California Ave. on Tuesday, January 25, at 7:00 p.m. The agenda will include the following:
