NOTICE TO THE MARKET

São Paulo, May 2, 2022 - Braskem S.A. ("Braskem" or "Company") (Ticker B3: BRKM3, BRKM5 and BRKM6) hereby informs the market in general that, in view of the news published in the media regarding the proposal for the purchase of Braskem presented by J&F and according to the Notice to the Market published on 04.07.22 and 04.11.22, that it is not part of any discussions by its shareholders Novonor and Petrobras ("Shareholders") regarding the sale of their equity interests in the Company, for which reason it requested clarifications from its Shareholders, which informed the following:

Novonor:

In response to the question below, Novonor reiterates its previous statements, emphasizing that to date there has been no material evolution in any alternative related to the sale of its interest in Braskem.

We remain at your disposal for further clarifications.

(B)	Petrobras:

Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras reaffirms that its stake in Braskem is part of the company's portfolio of assets for sale, as disclosed in the 2022-2026 Strategic Plan. Petrobras informs that it is not conducting any structuring of a sale operation in the private market and that it is not aware of negotiations with J&F.

The company will keep the market informed about any relevant information on the matter.

Braskem informs that it will continue to support Shareholders and will keep the market informed about relevant developments, in compliance with applicable laws.
