A coupon on perpetual subordinated Eurobonds was paid in full
On February 10, 2020 CBOM Finance plc paid out interest on USD 700 mln 8.875% Perpetual Callable Loan Participation Notes issued in May 2017 to finance a subordinated loan to CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW (ISIN: XS1601094755, US12504PAE07). Proceeds of this loan form part of the Bank's Additional Tier 1 capital. Interest is payable on a quarterly basis. Total amount of interest paid is USD 11,981,250.
The bonds are callable in November 2022 and on every coupon payment date thereafter. Eurobonds issue arrangers included Société Générale, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited, HSBC Bank plc, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, REGION Broker Company LLC, Raiffeisen Bank International AG.
