As previously reported, the speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea Park Byung Suk is on an official visit to our country. Early this morning, the members of the delegation laid flowers at the Monument of Independence and Humanism.

One of the sights of Tashkent is Independence Square in the center of the capital. The monument consists of two parts. A large golden globe depicting the borders of Uzbekistan and a statue of the Happy Mother.

This artistic complex, embodying the concepts of kindness and respect of the Uzbek people, embodies the desire of our state for peace, freedom and good neighborliness, friendly relations with foreign countries, as well as the desire of young people for friendship and brotherhood.
