MFIs/MFDs/RIAs/RFDs are hereby informed that we have received communication from WHITEOAK CAPITAL Mutual Fund regarding merger of WOC Overnight Fund into WOC Liquid Fund. The merger shall be effective from December 18, 2022.<_o3a_p>

As per notice cum addendum issued by WOC Mutual Fund, schemes plan & option shall be merged on BSE StAR MF platform as per Annexure attached.<_o3a_p>

Further, as per notice cum addendum issued by WHITEOAK CAPITAL AMC, the investor who are not in favour of the above scheme merger can redeem their investments or switch to other Schemes of WHITEOAK CAPITAL Mutual Fund available for subscription without payment of exit load within a period of 30 days starting from November 17, 2022 to December 16, 2022 (Both days inclusive) through BSE StAR MF platform.<_o3a_p>

As confirm by WHITEOAK CAPITAL AMC, subscription through lumpsum fresh/additional, SIP, STP, ASTP or Switch transaction reported to RTA under merging schemes till 3:00pm on December 16, 2022 during the exit load period shall be processed at AMC/RTA end.<_o3a_p>

As per communication received from WHITEOAK CAPITAL Mutual Fund, December 15 & 16, 2022 would be Non acceptance Day for the above-mentioned merging scheme. Hence Demat mode transactions acceptance on BSE StAR MF platform shall be available till 3:00pm on December 14, 2022, in case any demat mode transactions reported on or after December 14, 2022 to RTA then those transactions will not get allotted under merging scheme & refund will get initiate accordingly. For non demat mode transactions last date of acceptance shall be till 3:00 PM on December 16, 2022.<_o3a_p>

Also, WHITEOAK CAPITAL AMC confirmed that existing SIP/XSIP/STP/ASTP In will continue to get processed during the exit load period in the Transferor scheme.<_o3a_p>

Further, the merging schemes shall be ceased to exist & SIP/XSIP/STP/ASTP/SWP registered will get shifted to Surviving schemes.<_o3a_p>
