Billy Elton plays at 'Summer Sounds on the Green' on Aug. 11

On Thursday, August 11, Billy Elton performs at "Summer Sounds on the Green!"

Billy Elton takes you on a timeless journey through the catalogs of Billy Joel and Elton John! Enjoy classics like "Crocodile Rock," "Only the Good Die Young," "Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting," "Piano Man" and many others in a show that is exciting, engaging and entertaining for all ages, young and old!

The show begins at 7 p.m. at the Virginia Mary Hayter Village Green and is sponsored by the Hoffman Estates Arts Commission and the Hoffman Estates Park District.

The Virginia Mary Hayter Village Green is located at 5510 Prairie Stone Parkway, across the street from the NOW Arena in the Poplar Creek at 59/90 "Entertainment District." Admission is free.Bring a blanket or a lawn chair to the amphitheater. Picnics are welcome! The Hideaway Beer Garden will be offering a wide variety of food, craft beers and cocktails for purchase by Summer Sounds patrons. Weather permitting, the Hideaway will be open until 10 p.m. on Thursdays.
