Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC:

FY 2022-2024 DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DBE) GOAL
January 2022

The City of Oroville, CA and Oroville Municipal Airport:
The City of Oroville, CA as sponsor for the Oroville Municipal Airport hereby announces a
proposed overall DBE goal for its Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Disadvantaged
Business Enterprise (DBE) Program. The proposed overall goal for FAA-AIP funded projects
in FY 2022 through FY 2024 is 8.95%.

Project specific information is located below:

Fiscal Year 2022: 10.80%
Crack Seal Runway 2-20 and Associated Taxiways: 10.80%

Fiscal Year 2023: N/A
Reconstruct and Realign T/W S and Apron (Design): Less than $250K - No DBE Goal
Required

Fiscal Year 2024: 9.10%
Reconstruct and Realign T/W S and Apron: 9.35%
Develop New Tee Hangar Taxilane Site (Design): 7.84%

The City and Airport will receive and consider public comments on the proposed goal until 2
PM Pacific Standard Time on January 28, 2022. Please email these comments to

for the purpose of consulting with stakeholders to obtain information
