Anneli Lindblom is the new CFO of Pandox since 1 December. She has extensive experience from listed companies both in the role of CFO and board member. Anneli was attracted by Pandox's long-term perspective and its fast-moving operational focus - and not least a strong company culture.

Welcome to Pandox Anneli! What have you done earlier in your career?

In my CFO role, I have mainly worked with service sales in various forms and industries such as IT, staffing, and healthcare to name a few. Working with a product that is a service is based on meeting a customer's need, and it is important with concepts such as quality, security, and confidence to succeed. Of course, I have calculated occupancy in various forms of everything from hours to covered hospital beds and here there are similarities between industries. Since 2013, I have also had board assignments in the real estate industry, for example I have been on the board of Hemfosa and Amasten.

What made you accept the role of CFO for Pandox?

The job at Pandox felt attractive through the opportunity to combine real estate with another form of service sales, in the hotel industry. It feels like a fantastic combination to handle a large balance sheet with a long-term perspective and at the same time work with an extremely fast-moving operational business. I'm passionate about good company cultures and liked what I heard about Pandox. When you have worked in organizations with many employees, you see what a good company culture can create in the form of trust, which gives more energy in everyday life and more joy at work. But to succeed with that, you have to have a good corporate culture, which Pandox has.

What are you most looking forward to your new job?

I look forward to meet everyone at Pandox and learn as much as I can about hotel operations and hotel properties. It feels exciting to work with active ownership together with skilled hotel operators and explore the entire hotel value chain. Then I like to have fun at work, so I hope we will have that at Pandox.

And the obvious question: which is your favorite hotel?

My two absolute favorite hotels are Hotell Granen in Åre and Sporthotellet in Engelberg, two hotels with very personal service combined with good food. Then the positive image is probably also affected by the fact that I ski and snowboard and have a positive feeling with me already when I step into the reception.
