in item 2 of the main text of the false disposition ruling of Taiwan High
 Court 110 Yian Kang Zi No. 1365: "After the defendant provides a
guarantee of NT$165,640,000, it is prohibited for the counterparty to be
located in Taipei. The parking space in the basement of part of the land
at No. 12, Economic and Trade Section, Shinangang District, shall be handed
 over to a third party for use, or for the act of lending or leasing.
