Successful candidates need to be capable of performing a variety of physical tasks in all types of weather, and be available to respond to emergencies 7/24/365. Special requirements include residency with 12 miles of the City of Batavia limits within one year of employment, and a valid Illinois Commercial driver's license or the ability to obtain one withing six months after being hired.
