Item 8.01 Other Events.

On May 15, 2024, FullNet Communications, Inc. (the "Company") announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on the Company's Common Stock.

The cash dividend of $0.0037 per share is payable June 15, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2024.

A copy of the press release announcing the Company's cash dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
