South Cecelia Street Closure

The City of Sioux City Engineering Division announces the closure of South Cecelia Street between Dodge Avenue and Morningside Avenue to allow for a complete street reconstruction.
A marked detour will reroute all traffic to Rustin Street, Jay Avenue, and Indiana Avenue. This closure will begin the morning of April 4, 2024, and will remain in place until October of 2024.
Motorists are advised to reduce speed, drive cautiously, and obey all traffic control signs with regards to this closure.
