NA Vice President Ishkhan Saghatelyan Receives Heads of the DPA, Justice and ARF Factions of Artsakh Parliament

On October 15, the RA NA Vice President Ishkhan Saghatelyan received the Head of the Democratic Party of Artsakh Davit Melkumyan, the Head of the Justice Faction Davit Galstyan and the Head of the Armenian Revolutionary Faction Artur Mosiyan of the National Assembly.

The sides discussed issues on the status of the Artsakh Republic, situation created in Artsakh and the settlement of the problems. Both sides highlighted the necessity of the formation of Armenia-Artsakh Inter-Parliamentary Committee and the provision of close cooperation at high level between the parliaments of the Armenian two states.
