China lowers deficit-to-GDP ratio target to around 3.2% for 2021

BEIJING - China plans to cut the ratio of its deficit to gross domestic product (GDP) to around 3.2 percent for the year of 2021, according to a government work report submitted on March 5 to the national legislature for deliberation.
