Northern Governor express gratitude to His Majesty The King during Ashura procession visit

Northern Governor Ali bin Al Shaikh Abdulhussein Al Asfoor , expressed his great gratitude to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for His Majesty's patronage of the Ashura commemoration which embodied an honorable civilized image of national brotherhood, love, coexistence and peace.

The Northern Governor praised the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for providing the services and creating a very safe atmosphere for the successful Ashura season and also emphasised on His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa's role in promoting community partnership and providing a safe and calm atmosphere.

During the Governor's participation in the procession of A'ali, in the presence of Deputy Northern Governor Brigadier Khalid bin Rabia Sinan Al Dossary ,Director- General of the Northern Governorate Police Directorate Brigadier Isa Hasan Mohammed Al Qattan and representatives of Jaffaria Endowment, he praised the efforts organising committee and good management of the procession.

The Northern Governor praised the national spirit of the (Maatams) community centre's departments, processions ,mourners, the team of the voluntary paramedics and the Taj Medical Centre for their efforts that reflected the honorable civilized image of the exercising of religious freedom in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
