SEGRO reappoints Eversheds Sutherland, CMS, and Gowling WLG to real estate panel

SEGRO plc (SEGRO) has reappointed Eversheds Sutherland, CMS, and Gowling WLG to its UK real estate panel.

SEGRO, a UK Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) and a leading owner, asset manager and developer of modern warehousing and light industrial property, has appointed the three firms following a tender and review process, who all retain their place following the last panel review in 2018.

The panel will run until January 2025 , and provide full service legal advice for all of SEGRO's UK real estate and associated work.

Theresa-Marie Stodell, Client Partner for SEGRO, and Bruce Dear, Senior Relationship Partner for SEGRO, at Eversheds Sutherland, said:
