Upcoming closure on Mary Street in Oshawa

Whitby, Ontario - The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of an upcoming road closure on Mary Street in the City of Oshawa.

When: The week of May 13 to September 2025. Unfavourable weather conditions may impact the work schedule.

Where: Mary Street, from Rossland Road (Regional Road 28) to 150 metres north of Robert Street, in Oshawa.

Why: To safely replace a watermain, sanitary sewer and services.

Note: Further notice regarding road closures will be posted on durham.ca/MaryStreet. The Region realizes that the work may be disruptive and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and the work crews.
