Khrunichev Center (part of Roscosmos) presented its projects at the exhibition of the 16th Russia-Kazakhstan Interregional Cooperation Forum in Omsk on November 6-7.
Khrunichev Center presented mockups of launch vehicles manufactured by the company. These are perspective light- and heavy-class Angara family carrier rockets, Proton-M heavy-class carrier rocket, Briz-M and oxygen-hydrogen KVTK boosters. The exhibition also includes rocket engines of various modifications used in Proton and Angara carrier rockets, as well as civil products.
Khrunichev Center delegation at Russia-Kazakhstan Interregional Cooperation Forum is headed by the company's Director General Alexey Varochko.
'Kazakhstan is Russia's strategic partner to colonize adjacent space and deep space. As far as Khrunichev Center is concerned, this is, first of all, using Baikonur complex for Proton-M carrier rockets launches - and it is important for us not only to keep this partnership, but also support its further development,' Alexey Varochko noted.
