ARE YOUREADY FOR FIRE SEASON?
The City of Belvedere, in cooperation with the Tiburon Fire Protection District, is sponsoring a FREE Vegetation Curbside Pick-Up program which will offer Belvedere residents an opportunity to help reduce fire-prone vegetation and provide better defensible space around their homes. During the months of May-June, Belvedere Public Works will haul away tree limbs, dead branches, and brush at no expense to you!
How Long Will the Program Be Offered?
Every Thursday, May 19 - June 30.
How do I Participate?
Simply place cut material at the road edge on Thursdays by 8 AM. Please follow these general rules:
Place cut material in piles accessible from the curb or edge of street pavement.
*Tree removal is not permitted under this program. Please contact the Belvedere Planning Department for the City's policy on the removal of private trees.
Is this related to the Chipper Days Program?
Yes! This is a supplement to the Chipper Days program that the Fire Department is hosting for Tiburon and Belvedere residents. We encourage you to take advantage of both!
