NVIDIA collaboration

On March 18, ArcBest announced a collaboration with NVIDIA to bring the NVIDIA Isaac Perceptor platform for AMRs - cutting-edge machine vision technology - to Vaux Smart Autonomy™ autonomous forklifts and reach trucks. ArcBest participates in White House Cyber Workforce Convening

Kevin Taylor, Director Technical Services at ArcBest Technologies participated in a White House Cyber Workforce Convening, where representatives from more than 30 companies and institutions representing a dozen industries committed to expand opportunities for Americans and build a strong cyber workforce. In addition to an investment of $1M in the Peak Innovation Center, ArcBest is committed to continued exploration of a skills-based approach across recruiting and retention efforts, including creating a development program for cyber talent. Named a VETS Indexes 4-Star Employer

In April, ArcBest was recognized as a 2024 VETS Indexes 4-Star Employer for the second consecutive year. The designation highlights the nation's top veteran employers that do the most to hire, retain, promote and support veterans.

ArcBest recognized for Best Company Outlook

ArcBest was recognized by Comparably in the "Best Company Outlook" category, ranking No. 90 out of top 100 large companies. This list recognizes companies with the brightest futures, according to anonymous employee feedback submitted to Comparably.com over the past year.

• ArcBest ranked No. 40 on the Transport TopicsLogistics 100 and No. 14 on the Top Freight Brokerage lists. Companies are ranked based on annual gross revenue.

• ABF Freight was ranked No. 8 in the Journal of Commerce list of top 40 LTL carriers.

• ABF Freight driver, Joshua Day was recognized by Goodyear as 1st runner up in their annual Highway Hero Awards. These awards highlight commercial drivers who go above and beyond their regular duties to keep our highways safe by acting courageously for the good of others on roadways across the U.S. and Canada.

• Jefferson Maldonado, director of robotics & automation at ArcBest Technologies, was selected as a 2024 Arkansas Business 40 Under 40 honoree. This list recognizes intriguing business and political leaders in Arkansas under 40 years old.

• Commercial Carrier Journal published an article in early March on the importance of preparation and communication in hurricane season, which quoted ArcBest's Chief Strategy Officer, Dennis Anderson.

• ArcBest Chief Strategy Officer, Dennis Anderson and Chief Financial Officer Matt Beasley, were recognized on Arkansas Money & Politics' 2024 C-Suite List.

Vaux™ in the News

• Congressman Steve Womack visited the ArcBest Technologies Innovative Logistics Lab in February to learn more about the ground-breaking technology being developed in our facilities. Read more about his visit.

• Arkansas Money & Politics highlighted the Vaux Freight Movement System and Vaux Smart Autonomy in a recent article about the future of warehouse management that quotes Michael Newcity, ArcBest chief innovation officer and president of ArcBest Technologies. The article refers to Vaux Smart Autonomy as "a full-on futuristic assault on the senses."
