LOS ANGELES, 17 June 2021 - Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Joy Plemmons has joined the firm as a senior client partner and global account leader in the firm's Healthcare practice. She is based in the firm's Atlanta office.
Plemmons joins Korn Ferry from a global human resources consulting firm, where she was a senior managing consultant working in the United States and, most recently, the United Kingdom. There, she was responsible for leading and developing client relationships while supporting clients' goals and strategic business priorities. She consulted with some of the world's leading Healthcare providers to build client-focused service teams and developed integrated employee and patient interventions that helped her clients improve patient care and business performance. Before this, she served the same company as a director of client impact.
Earlier in her career, Plemmons worked for the American Heart Association and The Ritz-Carlton, where was responsible for business development, revenue growth, and managing partnerships with Fortune 500 clients.

Plemmons has a bachelor's degree in political science from Queens University in Charlotte, North Carolina.
