Kirkland Advises I Squared Capital on Strategic Joint Venture

Kirkland & Ellis represented I Squared Capital in the formation of a pipeline joint venture between ISQ Whistler Holdings, a portfolio company of I Squared Capital, Enbridge Inc. and MPLX. The joint venture includes a strategic combination of certain natural gas assets, including the Whistler Pipeline and Rio Bravo Pipeline project.
