Conservative Media Outlet Calls Out Jen Kiggans As She Fumbles In Messy GOP Primary with Jarome Bell

After tanking "in a tight fundraising battle " and in the midst of a messy GOP primary fight with conspiracy theorist Jarome Bell, Jen Kiggans' flailing campaign just took another blow. This weekend, Kiggans was mocked by conservative media for her inauthentic, "consultant-driven" answers to interview questions and for refusing to say if she would support Donald Trump in 2024.

This isn't the first time Kiggans' collapsing campaign has been light on substance. Kiggans previously took heat for lifting language from Congresswoman Elaine Luria, taking "direct phrases from an op-ed by her Democratic opponent, and then pass[ing] off the argument as her own."

And as Kiggans' campaign flops, Jarome Bell has entered striking distance and is "neck and neck" in fundraising with her - don't count on the disastrous Republican primary in VA-02 to get less bruising anytime soon.

"Jen Kiggans just outed herself once again; she's a typical politician who's more than happy to dodge being honest about her positions and who she supports if she thinks it will further her career," said DCCC spokesperson Elena Kuhn. "It's no surprise even those in her own party see right through Kiggans' drive to serve herself and her extreme party leaders, not Coastal Virginians."
