Real Assets Fund Accounting and Administration Senior Executive Connie Tirondola Joins FTI Consulting as a Managing Director
Washington, D.C., Aug. 15, 2022 - FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Connie Tirondola, CPA, as a Managing Director in the Investment Administration & Reporting group within the firm's Real Estate Solutions practice.
Ms. Tirondola, who is based in Roseland, N.J., specializes in finance, accounting, operations and administration for private equity real estate and infrastructure funds - both in-house and outsourced. She brings extensive experience navigating NCREIF reporting standards, Investment Company Guide standards, operational risk management and evolving accounting trends within the real estate investment management community.

Ms. Tirondola joins FTI Consulting from Citco Fund Services (USA) Inc., where she was Executive Vice President of Real Assets for North America. She previously served as a leader within the accounting groups of both BlackRock Real Estate and PGIM Real Estate.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Tirondola was a Managing Director and Global Account Leader at CBRE Accounting & Reporting Solutions, where she transitioned BlackRock's in-house fund accounting and operations to the firm's outsourced solution. Prior to this, she was a Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Fund Accounting (U.S.) at BlackRock. She also held positions at Sentinel Real Estate Corporation, Olayan America Corporation and Prudential Financial Inc.
