Investigation report: Loss of control and collision with terrain

Richmond Hill, Ontario, 23 June 2022 - Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (A21O0085) into the loss of control and collision with terrain that occurred in September 2021 at the Sundridge/South River Airpark, Ontario.

The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues.
