Savills Public Sector appointed to ESPO framework

ESPO is a public sector owned organisation which focuses on ensuring best practice in procurement, sourcing, supply chain partnership support and management and contract management. It is jointly owned by the county councils of Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Lincolnshire and Norfolk and the city council of Peterborough.

The firm achieved the appointment to the framework through a full and open competition. It covers a full range of services from rural to urban property assets including business case support; property agency; lease management; strategic asset management; development consultancy and related property advisory requirements.

The framework will run for at least four years and allows public sector bodies to draw upon Savills expertise delivered from it national network of offices.
