7/2/2021 - Price correction factor for IMP shares in BVB indices starting with July 5

Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) announces that, starting with July 5, 2021, the price correction factor ci,T for IMPACT DEVELOPER & CONTRACTOR S.A. (IMP) related to the share capital increase with 131,250,000 shares and the face value split from 1 lei/share to 0.25 lei/share, which will be considered in calculating BET-XT, BET-XT-TR, BET-BK and BET Plus indices, is 6.000000.

The value of c_i,T for IMP shares was determined according to articles 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 of the BET management rules.
