City Council Public Hearing

The San Luis Obispo City Council invites all interested persons to attend a public hearing on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. held via teleconference. Pursuant to Executive Orders N-60-20 and N-08-21 executed by the Governor of California, and subsequently Assembly Bill 361, enacted in response to the state of emergency relating to novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and enabling teleconferencing accommodations by suspending or waiving specified provisions in the Ralph M. Brown Act (Government Code § 54950 et seq.), Council Members and the public may participate in this meeting by teleconference. Meetings can be viewed on Government Access Channel 20 or streamed live from the City's YouTube channel at http://youtube.slo.city. Public comment, prior to the start of the meeting, may be submitted in writing via U.S. Mail delivered to the City Clerk's office at 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401 or by email to [email protected].

PUBLIC HEARING ITEM:

A Public Hearing to introduce an Ordinance amending the City's Zoning Map by changing the zoning designation of the properties associated with the 600 Tank Farm Mixed-Use Project from Business Park (BP-SP) to Commercial Services (C-S-SP) and making associated text amendments to the Airport Area Specific Plan. The City Council will also review the 600 Tank Farm Mixed-Use Project, which has 280 Residential Units and 12,500sf of Commercial space, associated exceptions, Specific Plan Amendment, Vesting Tentative Parcel Map, General Plan Amendment and Rezone, and associated Final Environmental Impact Report (600 Tank Farm Road, ARCH-0407-2021).
