Compact 4V Drive N-Channel MOSFET from ROHM Semi in Stock at TTI
Fort Worth, Texas - October 8, 2021 - TTI, a leading specialty distributor of electronic components, has stock for immediate shipment of the RHP020N06 N-Channel 60V MOSFET from ROHM Semiconductor. The RHP020N06 MOSFET features a low on-resistance, high-speed switching and a wide safe operating area (SOA). It is packaged in the compact SOT-89 with a very low profile of only 1.5mm. Continuous drain current rating is 2.0A and temperature rating is -55°C to +150°C.
