One-Way Traffic Control on State Routes 120 And 49

Tuolumne County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform one-way traffic control on State Route 120 (SR-120) and State Route 49 (SR-49). Work is Scheduled to occur as follows:

State Route 120

• One-way traffic control on SR-120 between Sweetwater Campground and Sawmill Mountain Road, east of Groveland, for slope repair beginning Tuesday, April 2 through Thursday, April 4, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and on Friday, April 5, from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

• One-way traffic control on SR-120 between Sugar Pine Road and Sierra Road in Mi-Wuk Village for a paving operation beginning Tuesday, April 2 through Thursday, April 4, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and on Friday, April 5, from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

State Route 49

• One-way traffic control on SR-49 from the railroad tracks north of Sims Road to State Route 108 for a striping operation beginning Tuesday, April 2 through Thursday, April 4, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and on Friday, April 5, from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Motorists should expect 5 to 10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. This work is scheduled to take place as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment, and/or materials and construction related issues.
