Departure of Director

On March 22, 2024, Susana D'Emic notified Casa Systems, Inc. (the "Company") of her resignation from the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board"), effective as of March 22, 2024. Ms. D'Emic's decision to resign was not related to a disagreement with the Company over any of its operations, policies or practices. The Company is grateful for Ms. D'Emic's commitment and service to the Company and the Board.
